Problème
The FIT Project (Fighting Inequalities Together) tackles the social exclusion, economic marginalization, and gender-based violence faced by women survivors of domestic and sexual violence, as well as incarcerated women.
These women often experience:
> Limited access to employment due to stigma and lack of professional opportunities.
> Psychological trauma and loss of self-confidence, hindering reintegration into society.
> Social isolation and structural inequalities that make recovery and independence difficult.
Solution
FIT leverages sports and career development as empowerment tools to help women rebuild confidence, regain autonomy, and reintegrate into society. The program provides:
🔹 Physical empowerment through structured Quadrathlon-based sports activities.
🔹 Professional guidance via job orientation workshops and vocational training.
🔹 A support network fostering self-esteem, solidarity, and personal growth.
By combining physical activity, skills training, and social inclusion, FIT creates a transformative pathway for women to reclaim their independence and shape a new future.
